HealthcareSource and TestSource Extend Partnership To Improve Healthcare Providers’ Selection

WINCHESTER, Mass., May 1, 2009 – HealthcareSource®, the leading provider of talent management software solutions to the healthcare industry, and TestSource, the leading provider of assessment and test solutions to the healthcare industry, today announced they have formed a Preferred Partnership. The partnership will result in no-cost integrations for shared customers and enhanced product integration. The partnership extends a long-standing relationship between the two companies that has resulted in over 80 integrated customers.
HealthcareSource Position Manager® is the leading applicant tracking solution for healthcare, used at over 1,000 hospitals. TestSource’s Healthcare Selection Inventory (HSI) is a behavioral assessment that identifies the very best applicants in terms of customer service, employee retention, and job performance. It is used at over 400 hospitals. The integration between the two products incorporates the assessment into the online job application. Human Resource recruiters are notified of completed assessments directly within Position Manager, and Feedback Reports are easily generated through the integration between Position Manager and the HSI. As a result, recruiters work more efficiently in evaluating the very best applicants for their organization.

Our intent is to develop these features, provide tighter integration and offer more value to users of both solutions,” said DiPietro.
